Terms of Use

Before using the product, you must agree to the following terms.

General Terms

This document is contract between the service provider ("we", "us", "our") and the user ("you", "your") of the product (the "product").
You must be at least 18 years old to use this product, or of legal age in your jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. When using the product with multiple players, you must ensure that all participants are of legal age and have accepted these terms.

Data about the game, including player names, identifiers, timestamps, message contents, and other metadata, will be collected and stored for the purpose of running the product, improving the product and providing a better user experience. The bot will listen to all messages in the channel it is in, and will treat all messages as being part of the game.

In accordance with Art. 50 of the EU AI Act, you understand that the product includes AI-generated content. While such content may not be clearly identifiable as AI-generated, you agree to disclose the use of AI-generated content when sharing or publishing it, as required by applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. You must not use the product to infringe on the rights of others.
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) may generate content that resembles real people, copyrighted material, and other real-world entities. While we strive to avoid the creation of such content, it is your responsibility to ensure that you do not encourage its generation or use such content in a way that violates the law.
The AI may generate content involving violence, substance abuse, illegal activities, and other mature or offensive themes. You acknowledge that the product is intended for entertainment purposes only, the generated content is entirely fictional, and agree to being exposed to such content.
In accordance with Art. 4 of the EU AI Act, you are informed that the product utilizes AI systems that may produce content that is biased, inaccurate, or otherwise problematic. You agree to use the product responsibly and to critically evaluate any content generated by the AI.

When accessing the product through a third-party platform, such as Telegram, you agree to comply with the terms of service of that platform. The product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram or any other third-party platform. This include, but is not limited to, avoiding using the product on public channels without clear warnings about its nature and content.

You agree not to misuse the product or interfere with its normal operation. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting services, or using automated means to access the product. Any abuse of the product, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or any illegal activities, will result in immediate termination of access. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the product at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

No refunds will be provided for any payments made for the product, except as required by law. You acknowledge that the product is provided on a consumption basis, and you are responsible for any charges incurred while using it. Consumption is defined as the user-initiated requests of the product, which may include the generation of content, interactions with the AI, and any other features provided by the product. Different types of content may have different consumption costs, which are explained on the dedicated section on the product website. Some parts of the product may be available for free under a 'fair usage' policy. Credits will be used to cover the costs of the product, and will allow to use the product more frequently or with a higher quality of its experience.
You may discontinue the use of the product at any time. Any purchased credits will remain valid for up to 2 years, and you can use them until they expire. If you choose to delete your account, including a third-party account such as the Telegram account, any remaining credits will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the product at any time without prior notice.

The product is provided 'as is' without any warranties or guarantees. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from its use.
By using this product, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the product.
These terms may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
